XTC Switcher for CreamWare Luna 3.x, version 1.0 ************************************************ ************************************************ (c) 2001 by GonZoft International ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Luna, Luna II, Pulsar, Pulsar 2, Pulsar XTC, XTC, the Luna logo and the XTC logo are trademarks of CreamWare GmbH. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ We wrote this little tool as a help for switching between Luna mode and Pulsar XTC mode. It is only meaningful for systems having a Luna/Elektra/PowerSampler board with Luna version 3.x software AND a Pulsar XTC board. Pulsar 2 has its own XTC switcher, so no need for this program there. For Luna 3.x to run, "XTCMode=0" has to be set in the Pulsar XTC cset.ini, and for XTC mode to run, this string has to be set to "XTCMode=1". Since neither the Luna software nor the Pulsar XTC software does this, you have to do it manually each time you want to change the mode. Instead, you can use this program. It changes only the XTCMode string in your cset.ini, everything else stays untouched. This program also displays which mode is currently activated, so you can also use it just for control purposes. Start the program, see which mode is activated and press "cancel" for closing the program without changing anything. Installation: Copy the XTC Switcher.EXE file to your ..\PulsarXTC\App\Bin directory and make a shortcut to it on your desktop. The rest is self-explaining. Startup parameters (useful for windows autostart): XTC Switcher.EXE + (XTC mode on) XTC Switcher.EXE - (Luna mode on) GonZoft International GonZoft@hotmail.com http://GonZoft.tripod.com/
